Hello, my name is [name removed]. I just downloaded the equisync theta meditation mp3 last night….and WOW.
I tried other companies the last few years or so….among the likes that mainly used binaural audio and the deepest I was really ever to achieve was alpha state….maybe theta once or twice over the last few years. It takes incredible dedication and practice to achieve the deep, renewing states of meditation that are most sought after…..I listened to the theta meditation mp3 last night and within what seemed like a few minutes my mind was flooded with imagery…memories long gone…my body was sleeping, heavy as lead, but my mind was crystal clear, aware of my surroundings. I could barely even open my eyes!
Just my FIRST session I felt like I successfully achieved a theta state of meditation….I came out of it feeling extraordinarily renewed and with this profound insight of “everything is going to be ok”….this was all from my FIRST session. I cant wait to continue this on a regular basis to see where it leads….one day I hope to achieve the deeper delta states…

I have had the EquiSync CD’s now for a week. I totally believed that they did what you said because I had experienced the whole brainwave phenomena, sensory deprivation, mind expanding culture back in the 70’s and 80’s.
Needless to say life got in the way and I got distracted and sidetracked, you know how it goes. Lost track of who I was and was called to serve life in other ways.
Using your system I am sensing a redistribution of energy within my head. I am attracted to the comfortable chair, the ear buds, the disc player and the whole meditative experience. This was not so prior to your entrainment.
So far I am pleased at my body’s response to it all. There have been some impressive shifts in energy and frequency. I truly have a long way to go before I can say I have any mastery reaching my potential but thanks for the ‘leg up’.

I have been using your product for about a month and I feel like I am getting good and interesting results. I am sleeping better and have been able to generate really great ideas and deep thoughts while listening to EquiSync (~46 min in the morning and night)… I feel a kind of detoxification of the brain both during and after each meditation session.

Having purchased Equisync, I find E3 most useful at the present time… Do I process my thoughts as they arise, or do I focus only on my breathing and emptying the mind completely? Friends who practice meditation via traditional disciplines talk about “tethering the elephant mind.
Of note: The very first time I used Equisync 3 I had what felt like a timeless, almost out of body experience, with my cells feeling like what I can only describe as “pure vibrational energy.” Suffice to say, this wonderful state of pure relaxation is not easily replicated but I have gotten close since then…

I am an Exercise Physiologist from Australia; I specialise in Hydrotherapy (specific exercises in the water to heal patients pre and post surgery). I have started playing Equisync during my 30min Hydrotherapy sessions.
The patients love it, and I certainly see a change in their mood and attitude. I’d recommend EquiSync to any treating therapist dealing with patients who are in pain, anxious and stressed.

I love equisync! It works wonderfully just like the Integration sound bath in Landers, California. You folks should hear what it does.
