I have now listened to all the tracks across the three programs and like many others, my favourite tracks are the ones with the drum soundscape.
Since I have sorted out what volume was best for me, meaning being able to consciously hear the background entrainment tones, it seems that I just sit down to listen and the track is finished.
I know that you are meant to focus on the breathing, and I do, but I find the sound of the entrainment tones quite soothing.
I cannot imagine my life without my daily Equisync meditation session!

Your product is phenomenal!
I’ve never felt better. Will I experience better results listening to Equisync for the entire 2 hours/day as opposed to two sessions/day? I am retired and I have the time to spend on it.

Sometimes while using your program, the things I see in my mind’s eye are incredible: higher frequency colors (mostly purple), hypnagogic (sp?) imagery, and sometimes it’s like I have a TV in my head with the channels being changed…
For awhile now I have been feeling the need to meditate with something deep and powerful, and I think EquiSync may be the answer. I’m looking forward to more!

I have found it useful myself as have many of my patients. I am interested in having more professional looking materials than a photocopy of my original brochure I received many years ago with my original CDs…
What would be the most appropriate way to provide the CD’s directly to patients? I would like to facilitate access to your product more quickly and at a lower overall cost (ie without patients each paying for shipping).

My boyfriend bought the whole set I, II, & III EquiSync for me and I am loving it!!!! I’m a student and I am listening to EquiSync every time I do school work and reading. I used to get distracted very easily and could only study or do school work in quiet places.
But now, I can study anywhere with EquiSync. I’m also listening during breaks at work and have been noticing a sense of centeredness and rejuvenation even in just 15 minutes.
I REALLY LIKE EQUISYNC!!! Thank you for creating such an amazing product!
So I’m listening to EquiSync WAY MORE than your recommendation times which I understand is 23-46 min/day. I would like to know if it is safe for me to do so? Please explain in details why yes or no.

One of my goals IS to help make this world a better place by exposing the truth about health, and helping people use meditation and quantum physics, in general, to their advantage in all areas of life.
I am not one to try something before I recommend it to someone else if I feel strongly intuitively about it. I have been telling some of my metaphysically minded friends about EquiSync, and my need to meditate deeply and powerfully.
I will be coauthoring a mind, body, and spirit book in the near future, and will recommend meditation to help free people from their dependence on the physical world, thereby experiencing true freedom…

I have been using the Equisync 2 program for my meditation every day for about 2 months now. I can definitely sense more of a calmness about me which is great…
During my meditations I do seem to receive little insights that tell me that I’m on the right path and that with persistence I will eventually receive all the great benefits of meditation…

I was recently working with your profound meditation program… it has excellent use of technology which allows me to reach the “mind awake body asleep” state. Your program is great for someone like myself who wants a peaceful meditation relaxation without any further noise added in.
I also appreciate that your program has an alpha focus in the beginning, I noticed that I am energetically sensitive to alpha.
Attempting to push delta is like pushing a rock. It’s hard work. It doesn’t have to be, however, if someone creates a bridge to those deeper layers which your program has done very well without skipping the best parts in between…

I have personally purchased the Equisync I CDs to test them. My daughter suffers from major anxiety. The CDs helps her to relax and be less anxious.
