Thanks for the coupons, I had originally looked into these cd’s after my doctor recommended them, but my mom wound up buying them for me for Christmas (she didn’t know about the coupons I had!) Anyway just listened to Equisync II today for the first time, I was in such a state as to where I didn’t know if I’d fallen asleep or not! I hadn’t but was in such an amazing place.

I have now listened to all the tracks across the three programs and like many others, my favourite tracks are the ones with the drum soundscape.
Since I have sorted out what volume was best for me, meaning being able to consciously hear the background entrainment tones, it seems that I just sit down to listen and the track is finished.
I know that you are meant to focus on the breathing, and I do, but I find the sound of the entrainment tones quite soothing.
I cannot imagine my life without my daily Equisync meditation session!

The demo was just amazing and I got a little carried away. I need to help my son right now so have to wait on this very wonderful series. This is quite an amazing experience listening just to the demo ! My brain really was rewired.
I tried your demo product last night and was so amazed that I did it twice!
It was such a calming session, like floating almost. I experienced an array of vivid visuals, and then afterwards slept great – so much so that I had a surreal vivid dream where there was so much laughter that I’ve never felt anything like it in my life… Hard to describe the experience really.
I woke up thinking that I was laughing out loud… I have to say the vivid dream of the laughter was the happiest I think I’ve been in my entire life. I was excited to wake up this morning and I haven’t had that excitement in months!
I really had to write to tell you how Absolutely Delighted and Thrilled I am with your Equisync CDs.
I have had mild to moderate bouts of depression and low self-esteem coupled with constant “mind-chatter” on and off for years and despite trying lots of things nothing really did the job.

I was not looking forward to returning back to my house as I live on my own so was very pleased to see that the “equisync” CDs had arrived in my absence. Ever since I have been back I put a CD on each evening and the change has been totally fantastic. The meditation is unbelievably calming and soothing, the inner-voice has been silenced and quite often I just put it on to drop off to sleep with the sound of gently falling rain. I can feel each day starting calmly and things like organising the memorial service have not been the strain and upset I would normally have expected. I could wax lyrical for hours because the benefits are truly and utterly fantastic. Never did I think I would find anything that would lift my spirits, clear my mind, calm the inner space but Equi-Sync has done that, and more.
I thought I was heading for the shrink’s couch ! When I get my web-page I would be honoured to carry a banner/ become an affiliate for Equi-Sync because you have produced something that I believe in 600px and it works brilliantly. Hello, I bought Equisync two years ago, and I like it so much but don’t listen everyday, only when I feel I need my brain entertained :).
Last month I visited my mom who has headaches almost everyday, CT scan and MRI turned out good, thank God.
I let her listen to Equisync and she liked it so much. The thing is now she wants to listen all day or whenever her headache comes!
Please advise.

I spoke too soon, it came just hours after sending the email. And after my busy day yesterday I went into a dark room to listen with my stereo headphones. It was GREAT and by the time the CD was finished my body/mind were completely relaxed. I will use these CD’s daily!

They’ve really helped my friend get over years of abuse and the sadness of loosing the only good friend he had after he moved to [city removed]. I love the feeling whilst I am meditating… During my meditation is it okay to be almost “dreaming”? I do become very relaxed each time I meditate.
