The physiological and psychological effect is like waking up again from a long sleep. Already after a short time my thinking has become more positive, more relaxed and effortless, while my clarity and decision making have quickly followed.
I will use this for the rest of my life. The wonderful relaxed state these recordings initiate is priceless!
First, I wanted to let you know that as a lifelong on-and-off again meditator (since the 1980’s).
Compared to the few books available when I first began, I’m so excited about the new technologies which make getting all of meditation’s rewards and benefits so much easier. I remember what a struggle it was for me at the beginning to want to continue, but thankfully I did.
I also remember a strange reaction I had at the beginning of using Equisync. I had tears rolling down my face for about 10 minutes. Maybe it was just that my mind was finally saying….thank you, thank you, thank you with tears of JOY!
You are at the top of my grateful list since I began using the Equisync system, as in no time at all I’m in Alpha State, which I exclusively use for repeating my daily affirmations.
I’ve incorporated them while using meditation for the last couple of years and have been able to quit smoking (after 34 years, 2 1/2 packs a day), lost 60 pounds and quit drinking alcohol, so my life has drastically changed especially since I began meditating again daily.

I have been using the Equisync CDs at least 24 minutes 5 days a week. It instantly relaxes me, helps get rid of headaches and even hiccups! I have a stressful job and it helps prevent anxiety; I have not had a chance to check my blood pressure but I feel calmer. I have used other products before but I like the Equisync CDs much better; it is deeper and more relaxing.
In March I started using the CDs that I affectionately call “Meditation for Dummies” and am very pleased with the results so far. My blood pressure has dropped, I am sleeping better and notice that I feel much more calm and less stressed. Instead of feeling that I need to “find the time” in my schedule to meditate, I look forward to that totally relaxing half hour–that peaceful feeling of floating.

I’m so glad you wrote to me because now I can add to your many testimonials. Since I’ve been using your product which is about three months now, I have been absolutely transformed. I have reached my peak.

Thank you for confirming that every day is the way to go with Equisync.
I have been meditating for 31 years and have always endeavoured to meditate each day knowing that every now and then was never going to achieve very much.
Your mind and body needs and wants that meditation session each day to stay sane and to be able to cope with all that life throws at you.
But, since using Equisync, I am thrilled with the results. I have been able to start lowering my depression meds, with my doctor’s support of course.
I have also cut back on what I smoke. I am convinced this is because of the deep meditation levels which Equisync offers.
With my 31 years of meditation experience prior to Equisync, I believe that I am well qualified in giving my opinion that your program definitely deepens the meditative experience.

The results of using EquiSync for only 3 months have been phenomenal! Profound and positive changes have occurred , and continue to occur, in my being. These transformations have become obvious to family and friends as well. I am 71 yrs old and feel better than when I was in my thirties. My energy levels remain high with less sleep. I work out at the gym vigorously five days a week – bicycling and swimming are part of the regimen as well. I volunteer services at Hospice and nursing homes. My short term memory has improved to the point that others remark on my remembering their names after meeting them only once several weeks in the past. Sometimes I find that I’m reading fine print without my glasses. I spent the greater portion of my “productive” years as a monk but had lost the ability to meditate due to the development of A.D.D. Now my ability to stay focused and concentrate has remarkably returned and am reaching meditative states that I’ve not reached in years. Each new day is now seen as another opportunity to serve.
Because of others observing all of this I have been able to send you several customers and will very likely be sending you more… I am part of a large spiritual community and this would help tremendously in spreading the word of EquiSync. I also believe your product would be of great benefit to Hospice and nursing home patients of which there is a very large number here in Florida -aka- God’s waiting room.

I stumbled upon your highly informative website a couple of years ago. The service you provide is invaluable, the world needs more meditators and your info converts like no other resource. In fact, your inspirational articles were what lit a fire under my rear-end to pick up the practice myself!
I did end up buying your program last month. Needless to say, I had lofty expectations going in! I thought my two years of meditation experience were enough for me to not need an “aid” of any kind, but boy was I wrong!
With your tracks I have been able to get much deeper than before, much faster, with loads of benefits carrying over to the rest of my day and night (sleep is great!).
Your program really cleaned-house on the residual anxiety and depression that I had not yet fully cleared during my two years of meditation practice. And for that… I owe you the world!
